Possible reasons:
(1) motor lead wire insulation or insulation board connection box;
(2) the end of the winding is touched with the machine shell.
(3) there is no reliable grounding for the motor shell
The processing methods are as follows:
(1) restore the insulation of the motor lead out line or replace the insulation board of the junction box;
(2) if the grounding phenomenon of the end cap is disappearing, the insulation can be added to the end of the winding terminal, and then the end cover will be installed.
(3) the motor shell will be reliably grounded according to the grounding requirements.
